Traditional Cambodia Dancers

Traditional Khmer dance, better known in Cambodia as dance drama, is dance that incorporates storytelling. There are four main modern genres of traditional Khmer dance: Classical Dance, Shadow theater, Lakhon Khol (all-male masked dance-drama.), and Folk Dance.

An Apsara dance performance is commonly seen at dinner shows and is a must see when visiting Cambodia. This picture was taken on one of our Siem Reap temple tours.
