Cantonese Dim Sum

To me there is nothing better than gorgeous Cantonese Dim Sum. I can’t get enough of it and Singapore boasts some of the most wonderful, luxurious Cantonese restaurants in Southeast Asia. Here is this week’s Gastronome Wednesday ~ Luscious Cantonese

Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant

LiBai Restaurant

Li Bai is located in the Sheraton Towers Singapore on the lower lobby level. Named after the Tang Dynasty Poet, Li Bai, it is most famous for serving its cuisine in the tradition of grand emperors. The exquisite decor and settings of jade, fine bone china, and silver, lend to the feel of royalty. My favorite is the melt in your mouth Dim Sum.

Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant

Wah Lok

Located in the Carlton Hotel, Wah Lok continues to be voted one of Singapore’s finest Cantonese restaurants and with dishes like their Stir fried prawns, it’s no wonder they do. The excellent service and lavish décor lend to an amazing experience. You’ll have to dig deep though as prices reflect the exquisite style.

Cherry Garden Mandarin Oriental

Cherry Garden

This magnificent Cantonese restaurant is decorated with artistic modern flair. The eclectic menu does not disappoint. The unique teak panels and slate floors are second only to the service each guest receives when dining in this breathtaking restaurant. One of my favorite dishes…Oven-baked honey marinated cod fillet with black pepper! Seriously, to die for!
